Free From Brownie Bakes Refund Policy

We hope it never comes to this, but if you have any issues at all with your order please contact us as soon as possible at freefrombrowniebakes@gmail.com.  We will get back to you within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and office closures), but normally within 2-3 working hours.

Firstly, we will make every effort to put things right for you.  However, if for any reason we're unable to do this we will happily arrange a full refund.  

Exceptions
Unfortunately we can't accept responsibility for missed or late deliveries and deliveries where incorrect address information has been provided by the customer, although we will always make every effort to get these satisfactorily resolved for you by working with our courier partners.  Please refer to our FAQ page for further information on how to avoid these situations. 

Refunds
Once we've agreed a refund with you you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please do just bear in mind that it can sometimes take a short while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
